  • The board member's purpose, roles, and responsibilities, including fiduciary and legal duties.

  • Signs of a healthy board and organization, along with strategies for addressing common challenges.

  • Basic training on governance best practices.

  • How to align your interests and skills with the right nonprofit organization.
